CEMB EZ15 Space-Saving 3D Data Entry Wheel Balancer with 123″ Touch Screen

A space saving 3D balancer with a touchscreen and high-end balancing capabilities; with accuracy and repeatability. This compact wheel balancer comes with advanced innovative features such as, 3D wheel measurement with Virtual Sonar, AutoAdaptive and an electromagnetic brake.

AutoAdaptive – For each wheel that is balanced, the software AutoAdaptive Mode detects weight and dimensions and calculates the tolerance value that will cancel any vibration perceived on the steering wheel.

Virtual Sonar – The new CEMB software for a 3D measurement which enables, in the absence of an acutal sonar device, to detect the rim width. After having detected the first correction plane thanks to the automatic gauge, Virtual Sonar calculates the position of the external plane, according to the measured unbalance and the tolerance calculated with the AutoAdaptive mode.

Automatic Gauge – For diameter and distance measurement of rims up to 28″.

12″ Touch Screen Monitor

Manual Locking – Accurate wheel centering by means of a quick locknut.

Electric Brake – Wheel locking system that locks the wheel in the correct position by means of an electromagnetic brake.

CEMB Limited Warranty Statement
The BL Systems Co. (hereinafter “BL”) warrants products manufactured and sold by it to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 24 months parts, 60 months Wheel Balancer Motors, and 12 months labor from the date of installation, note: machine calibration is not a warranty item, except that parts sold from the repair or replacement of existing equipment will only be warranted for a period of 90 days from the date of installation.

If upon inspection by BL, any warranted product shall prove defective in materials or workmanship during the warranty period, that product shall be repaired or replaced at BL’s option. BL must receive damaged part for full credit. Such repair or replacement shall be BL’s sole obligation and the buyer’s exclusive remedy under this warranty.

This warranty supersedes all prior oral or written agreements, promises, advertising or representations. THIS WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AND BL EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS AND EXCLUDES ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITMESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. THESE ARE NO WARRANTIES THAT EXTEND BEYOND THE DESCRIPTION OF THE FACE HEREOF. BL’s liability in contract, in tort (negligence, strict liability, or any other theory) under any warranty, or under any other legal or equitable theory of whatever type, shall not exceed the purchase price paid by buyer, and under no circumstances shall BL be liable of special, indirect, incidental or consequential damages. The amount of the purchase price of the equipment is determined in part by the fact that buyer has agreed to so limit seller’s liability. No action arising out of any transaction under this agreement may be brought by purchaser more than one year after the cause of action has accrued. Some states do not allow an exclusion or limitation of consequential or incidental damages, so the above limitation of liability may not apply to you.
